This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs refund-related terms for all services provided by HostGanga, a brand owned and operated by Nexaroot Technology India Private Limited. By purchasing or using HostGanga services, the User agrees to this Refund Policy.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
HostGanga primarily provides intangible, on-demand digital services. Once a service is provisioned or activated, it is considered delivered. Refunds are generally not applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any exception to this policy shall be solely at the discretion of HostGanga and does not establish precedent for future cases.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following services are strictly non-refundable once activated or delivered:
• Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS & Cloud Servers
• Dedicated Servers & Custom Server Deployments
• Domain Registration, Renewal, Transfer
• IP Address Allocation
• Software Licenses & Add-ons
• Setup Fees, Installation Charges, Custom Configuration
• One-time, Lifetime, or Promotional Plans
CANCELLATION POLICY
Users may cancel services at any time through the client area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the User to any refund, partial refund, or unused balance credit.
It is the User’s responsibility to cancel services before the renewal date. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.
CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting HostGanga support is considered a violation of this policy.
HostGanga reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate all services associated with the account in case of chargeback or disputed transactions.
SERVICE DOWNTIME & PERFORMANCE
Temporary downtime, maintenance windows, network issues, or performance fluctuations do not qualify for refunds.
HostGanga may provide service credits at its sole discretion, but such credits are not guaranteed and are not redeemable for cash.
FRAUD, MISUSE & POLICY VIOLATION
Accounts involved in fraud, abuse, illegal activity, spam, phishing, copyright infringement, or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
HostGanga reserves the right to retain payments made under fraudulent circumstances and cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.
REFUND PROCESSING (IF APPLICABLE)
If a refund is approved by HostGanga, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
Taxes, gateway charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the HostGanga website shall prevail.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
